🫧 Botanical Soap Making Workshop 🫧

$85.00
sold out

Hosted by Rhythm of the Wheel & taught by Amie of Gypsy Bubbles 🧼

Join us for an afternoon of botanical soap making, seasonal connection, and good old-fashioned hands-on craft at Aphelion Farm in Tumalo.

In this intimate workshop, Amie will introduce us to the history and art of botanical soap making, from the traditional use of plants and herbs to the beautiful soaps we can create today.

You’ll learn the basics of making natural Castile (olive oil based) soap and then get to make your own batch using botanicals for color and gentle fragrance. We’ll gather again somewhere fun downtown Bend two weeks later to pick up your beautifully cured soap and celebrate our new craft together.

No previous experience is needed. Just come ready to get a little messy, learn something new, and spend a lovely afternoon making something with your hands.

🌿 Sunday, October 11th

🫧 2:00–4:00 pm

🌻 Aphelion Farm, Tumalo, Oregon (address given to those who register)

• An introduction to the history and traditions of soap making

• Hands-on Castile soap making instruction using natural botanicals

• Your own handmade soaps to take home once they’ve finished curing

Space is limited to 10 people so that everyone gets plenty of hands-on time and personal instruction.

Come learn a fun & relatively easy old-world craft and leave with beautiful soap made by your own two hands!
